$15AUD flat rate for Express delivery on orders under $75 AUD
Delivery time is approximately 2-4 business days within Australia.
International Shipping
Free Express shipping on all orders over $300 AUD internationally.
Orders under AUD$300 will be charged an AUD$50 flat rate Express delivery fee.
Delivery time is approximately 4-7 days via Australia Post, DHL or FedEx Express.

We are not responsible for your local duties or taxes. If in doubt check with your local customs office for rates.
PEDALI SPORTS will dispatch orders on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday. Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend.
Returns

We strive to develop and produce the highest quality products possible. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return those items within 60 days of receipt and we will happily issue a replacement or refund. Goods must be returned “as-new” in a saleable condition and be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags and in original packaging. All gift cards are non-refundable.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

*Please note: Our Free Returns policy excludes sale items, full price items only. We can only accept returns for purchases made from the pedali.com.au website and not from our retail partner stores. Please contact the place of purchase for their returns policy.

Exchanges
We want to ensure you are happy with the product and size you’ve bought. If you would like to make an exchange on your purchase, please follow the steps below in the ‘make a return’ section. We can only exchange your product for the same product in a different size or colour. If you would like to exchange for a different product, please use the same process to return the item for a refund and then place a new order.
Please note that PEDALI cannot guarantee that exchange items will be available at the time your order is processed; in this case a refund will be issued for the items returned.
Sales Items
Sale items are not eligible for returns; however, we do offer exchanges for sale items of the same value. The exchanged items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned at the customer’s expense. Free returns exclude sale items, full price items only.
Store Credit codes are issued for all refund requests of Sale Items. The value of the code will be valued at the purchase price you paid in your order for the item that you have returned.
Faulty Goods & Warranty Claim
PEDALI is proud of its commitment to high-quality products and manufacturing standards. Unfortunately, on rare occasions, it is the case that faults may occur. If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us at info@pedali.com.au and we will be able to organise a refund or exchange where appropriate. Please note: PEDALI has a 12-month Warranty period from receipt date. Warranty & Faulty goods claims do not cover wear & tear.
International Returns & Exchanges
If you are based outside of Australia, please use the below process to lodge your return or exchange. All returns or exchanges must be made within 60 days of your receipt date.
Please allow at least 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
*Please note: Free Exchanges excludes sale items, full price items only. All international returns and exchanges costs of shipping fees are on customer.

What Happen Next
Once you return package has been received it will be reviewed by our customer service team as soon as possible. You will receive emails confirming receipt of the package and the outcome of the return review.
